The marble used in our medallions is of high quality but of the more common types. Exotic and expensive types of marble are usually not needed in the construction of quality mosaics as less expensive and more readily available marble can almost always be substituted to obtain the same color.

Many of our less expensive mosaics feature larger chips which are less costly to produce and apply. The most commonly used size in medallions is 15mm square - usually the smaller the chip size the more expensive the mosaic. The standard medallions are all 10mm (3/8 inch) thick. We offer a large assortment of mosaics that will fit most applications and budgets.

All mosaic medallions are mesh backed allowing for fast, easy and precise installation! Installation instructions are included with each medallion and we are qualified to assist you with any installation problems you may have.
