Good morning. We have received our marble items and are very pleased. The stone items were packed very well. We placed our bathtub in the new home we are building just yesterday.... by crane. The roof of the home is being built today and this was the best way to place the tub into the home. I have not unpacked the rest of the items as we would like to get them into the home without damage. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship of the bathtub. We will be ordering more items from your company in the near future. Thank you. Gene Carlson
